For legal and ethical reasons, Past & Present Pixels LLC cannot scan or reproduce copyrighted photographs, artwork, or prints without permission from the copyright owner.

This includes:

• Professional studio portraits
• School photos
• Wedding photos taken by a hired photographer
• Commercial prints or artwork

Items that can be scanned include:

• Photos you personally took
• Family snapshots from personal cameras
• Public domain images
• Photos where the copyright has expired
• Images where you have written permission
